From the manufacturer to your shelf.

Three steps, and one contact in Switzerland for everything in between.

  1. Selecting manufacturers

    We choose every manufacturer personally. Before we list a product, we require the safety report, the complete INCI list and proof of good manufacturing practice (GMP).

  2. Importing responsibly

    We handle transport and customs clearance. We only list products for which we have all the documents we need as an importer for the Swiss market: product information file, correct labelling and traceability of every batch.

  3. Supplying retailers

    You order from a partner in Switzerland, with invoices in Swiss francs and contacts based in Switzerland.

About us

HYA is a general partnership based in Thalwil, run by three equal partners. We do not make our own products: we look for manufacturers whose products convince us with their high quality, and bring them to retailers in Switzerland.

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools or a contact form, and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties.

What data we process

  • Visiting the website: Our hosting provider GitHub, Inc., San Francisco (USA), the provider of GitHub Pages, stores technically necessary information such as IP address, date and time, the page visited and browser type in server logs when you visit. Purpose: operation and security of the website. How long GitHub keeps this data is governed by GitHub’s privacy statement.
  • Contact by email: When you write to us, we process your details (name, email address, company, content of the message) to answer your enquiry and to initiate or manage a business relationship. Our emails are stored with Hostpoint AG in a data centre in Zurich, Switzerland.

Disclosure and transfers abroad

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. When you visit the website, data is transferred to GitHub in the USA. GitHub is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do so, write to info@hya-swiss.ch. You can also file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
